Rose, Ph.D., founded Productivity Consultants & Career Support Services (PCCSS), a non-profit research firm with expertise in workforce and labor policy, postsecondary transformation, career assessments, and adult education. With over 30 years of experience, Tim is an expert on veteran transition and the factors impacting sustainable transition to the civilian labor force. The firm addresses structural barriers in the workforce across race, class, and gender. PCCSS provides consulting, coaching, and evaluation that is results-driven. Additionally, the firm focuses on individual development plans and aptitude assessments impacting career choice, development, and transition of those seeking employment.

Dr. Rose has lectured in Human Resource Management courses at Clark Atlanta University over the last four years.
